On July 5, 2026, the three-day '2026 QSE (Shanghai) 31st Overseas Property, Immigration, and Study Abroad Exhibition' concluded successfully at the Shanghai Mart. This year's exhibition attracted over 200 exhibiting organizations from more than 40 countries and regions, including Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, and Africa, along with approximately 8,000 high-end professional visitors for viewing and negotiation. Both the scale of the exhibition and the quality of the audience reached new highs.
As a highly influential professional exhibition for overseas property, immigration, and study abroad in East China, this edition covered four main themes: Overseas Property, Overseas Immigration, Overseas Study, and Overseas Investment. Exhibiting organizations included overseas real estate developers, immigration agencies, investment and financial consulting firms, law firms, language training schools, and overseas educational institutions, covering the entire industry chain of service providers. The exhibition site was bustling with activity, with long queues forming at many booths as potential clients actively consulted.
During the exhibition, over ten high-end forums and promotional events were held concurrently, including the 'Global Asset Allocation Trends Forum,' 'European Immigration Policy Interpretation Session,' and 'North American Study Abroad Planning Seminar.' Industry experts, policy researchers, senior lawyers, and education consultants from home and abroad shared cutting-edge information and professional insights on-site, providing the audience with opportunities for in-depth exchange and learning.
According to preliminary statistics from the organizing committee, the exhibiting organizations received a total of over 5,000 groups of potential clients during the exhibition. The number of projects that were signed on-site or reached cooperation意向 increased significantly compared to the previous edition. Many exhibitors stated that the audience targeting was extremely precise, and the matchmaking results exceeded expectations, with several having already secured their booths for the 32nd edition.
Since its inception, the QSE Overseas Property, Immigration, and Study Abroad Exhibition has been successfully held for 31 consecutive editions, serving exhibiting organizations from dozens of countries and regions worldwide, and has become an important bridge connecting Chinese investors with high-quality overseas projects.
