Exhibition Process
From registration to booth setup, six clear steps to help you exhibit efficiently.
Request the Exhibitor Application Form from the organizing committee via phone, email, or online submission on the official website. The application form is a standardized document covering the exhibitor's basic information, booth requirements, product categories, and other relevant details.
Complete the Exhibitor Application Form, affix the company's official seal, and submit it to the organizing committee via email or fax. Upon receipt, the committee will review the documents to verify the exhibitor's eligibility and assess the suitability of the booth requirements.
After the review is approved, the exhibitor is required to pay 50% of the booth fee as a deposit. Once the deposit is received, the booth will be officially reserved. The remaining balance must be paid before the move-in period.
The organizing committee will allocate booths based on the principle of 'first application, first payment, first assignment,' and issue a Booth Confirmation Letter to the exhibitor. The confirmation letter will specify the booth number, booth area, configuration details, and exhibition guidelines.
After the review is approved, the exhibitor is required to pay 50% of the booth fee as a deposit. Once the deposit is received, the booth will be officially reserved. The remaining balance must be paid before the move-in period.
The exhibitor must complete the relevant forms in the manual (such as personnel information, exhibit list, booth construction plan, etc.) as required and submit them before the deadline. After completing all pre-exhibition procedures, the exhibitor may check in and begin move-in at the designated time.
